Claude Lorange is a leading strategic advisor with recognized expertise in IT procurement strategies, large scale outsourcing agreement negotiation and project management. He is a proven leader with a wide-range experience in the IT industry. Mr. Lorange is a seasoned communicator with the ability to mobilize and rally stakeholders to meet objectives.

Prior to founding Lorange Leclair & Cie in 2006, Mr. Lorange worked for a major international IT outsourcing and advisory firm, where he held several vice president positions. He has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Polytechnique Montréal.

Stéphane Pouliot is a proven strategic consultant. Over the course of his career, he has collaborated on several multimillion-dollar IT service contracts. One of his great strengths is driving a project’s vision forward, a skill he has relied while leading or participating in the elaboration of large-scale transformation plans with many leading companies. The IT knowledge he has acquired over the years while working in complex North American environments and his understanding of business needs give him a broad perspective when solving challenges faced by his clients.

Before joining Lorange Leclair, Mr. Pouliot built his career working for a major international advisory services and outsourcing firm, where he was vice president for the last 15 years.

Louis-Martin Carra is an experienced strategic advisor who has been involved in the negotiation of several large-scale outsourcing agreements and the implementation of transformation strategies. The combination of his IT knowledge and accounting expertise is key to the added value he brings to customers.

Prior to joining Lorange Leclair, Mr. Carra worked in IT consulting and in major international aerospace and engineering companies. He has a CPA designation since 1998.
